Conditions apply:
On completion and closure of the sale of your home, and after the payment of all commissions as detailed in the Listing Agreement, as the Seller you will receive a one-time re-imbursement of your moving costs to a maximum of $4,000 Cdn.
This re-imbursement shall not exceed the total cost of moving your possessions from the Listed/Sold property to your new place of residence, based on an official receipt provided by an established moving company. Eligible costs are limited to the movement of household contents from the Listed/Sold property to your new place of residence and shall not include other costs such as storage, replacement of any damaged goods, meals, utility transfers, etc.
The Seller must sign a Listing Agreement with Scott Cooper prior to March 15, 2023, with a completion date not in excess of 120 days from the Listing Date in order to qualify for this promotion.
